Hargreaves Back!

September 24, 2009
The Sun

Owen Hargreaves made his return to Manchester United’s training complex yesterday a year after knee surgery. The £18million England midfielder turned up at Carrington with the physios who have guided his rehab in the States.

Hargreaves has been plagued by tendinitis for years and was sent to world-renowned surgeon Dr Richard Steadman at the start of last season. The team of physios will now work closely with the United medical staff as the player recovers. But boss Alex Ferguson will not rush him back to action and hopes to have him fit by late November.
